Michael Veitch
Michael has a background in book binding and conservation, having served an apprenticeship at the State Library of South Australia. He continues to work there part time on the preservation of motion picture film stock. A recent large treatment Michael worked on for Artlab was a private collection of water colours which were severely vandalised. This involved the relining of the works, infilling of losses, retouching and colour matching.
